Free has no time limit

Use Free for as long as you like; it is not a timed trial. Cancel a paid subscription at any time and keep access through the paid period. Refunds are available where legally required. Store purchases follow the relevant store's refund process. See the Terms of Service for withdrawal details.

Common questions

What happens to my notes if I cancel?

Your journal and saved AI results remain in your own storage. Cancelling does not delete them.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your payment provider confirms when a downgrade takes effect. On the App Store and Google Play it applies at your next renewal, so you keep your current plan until then; on the web, Stripe prorates the change for the rest of the period. Remaining AI allowances are adjusted in proportion to the time left in the period, and what you have already used is kept. Your notes and saved AI results remain in your own storage.

Why is annual billing web-only?

In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are monthly through the App Store and Google Play. Our web checkout also offers annual subscriptions, with the price shown before purchase.

Do free users see ads?

No ads on any tier, ever. Free exports carry a one-line footer; Premium and above can remove it.
