Follow the evidence
Research claims link to primary studies or their institutional records where available. We describe what was measured and the limits of applying it to another sport or setting. A suggested note-taking routine is not a validated intervention unless a cited study actually tested it.
Write for the language
Each language edition is written and reviewed from shared facts, with its own headings, examples and structure. AI may assist writing and review. OpponentBook remains responsible for publication.
Examples and corrections
